After hearing the announcement at the weekend regarding the roadmap, I wanted to create a little road map of our own regarding how we are proceeding with booking in our guests and any other information you may seek.
For all weddings and spa experience bookings whereby a deposit has already been paid, we can reschedule these for you now! Please email me at email@example.com
So there is no panic, we will NOT be booking any hair/beauty appointments in until approximately 2 weeks before we are set to re-open. I know the government has gave us the date of the 12th April. However, this is only a guideline at the moment and not set in stone.
We will be contacting everyone via telephone!!
This is to ensure a speedy booking process when we begin and make sure we have all details correct. If we cannot reach you we will leave a voicemail for you to contact us!
All guest who had already had a previous hair booking in our diary, which has been missed due to our 2021 closure, will be contacted first!
So if you know you had an appointment jan-March, you will already be on our list so no need to contact regarding a call.
Once we have reached everyone we can from this list, we will then proceed to contact any guests who have got in touch with us regarding a call back. If you wish to be added to this list and have not already done so, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact number and services required.
The last process will possibly take us to our reopening whereby we hope to be int he position to start rebooking any guests who did not request a call to book an appointment.
We must stress, the task which we have had to do twice already, is not an easy task! We ask for your patience and understanding at this time and please know we will do all we can to accommodate all our guests the best we can!
If you did not receive a root kit off me during lockdown, ALL COLOUR CLIENTS WILL NEED A SKIN TEST!!! This is not optional and is for your safety!
This need to be done at a minimum of 2 days before ANY colour service. If you are booked in the first few days of opening. We will organise a day and time to come for your skin test. Before opening. If booked after 3 days post opening, we will schedule your time for skin rest 2 days+ before your appointment!

When booking any appointment/experience we will as ask you to provide us with the following information:
Full name and contact details- number (mobile) and email (Due to government guidelines, we can not take bookings for spa experience for anyone not in the same house hold, please contact us for further details)
Service/package required (we will do our best to accommodate desired time and date)
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required with all stand alone services. If reschedules with 72 hours’ notice this may be transferable however, a admin fee of £10 will be charged reschedule your booking. Please see terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.
Any allergies (food, medication, latex etc)
PLEASE NOTE- There may be a small annual price increase on your return for any new bookings made after lockdown.
