We will do our very best to accommodate every one at a time and date that suits them however we ask for you to all be understanding of the current situation that this may not always be possible.
Once we start to book clients in, we will do so in phases:
Phase 1- We will be contacting those who have had hair appointments missed during our closure in the months of March and April first.
Phase 2. We will then be contacting everyone who is on our client waiting list who have contacted us.
Phase 3- We will be taking all new hair appointments once all those on list have been contacted. However, please note there could well be a waiting list at this point
Phase 4- We will be contacting all future brides to go over details and booking trials etc..
Phase 5- Once we do start booking any spa packages in will be contacting all guests whom have paid deposit on spa treatments/packages etc... first.
We will contact everyone via telephone to make sure we get all appointments correct in as little amount of time as well as ask them for the following information:
Full name and contact details- number (mobile) and email
Services required (we will do our best to accommodate desired time and date)
Because of demand, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required with all bookings. If reschedules with 72 hours’ notice this may be transferable.
PLEASE NOTE- DUE TO EXTENSIVE NEW REGULATIONS WE HAVE ISSUED A SMALL PRICE INCREASE TO SELECTED SERVICES.
