I’d like to thank you all for your continued support through these strange times with us once again closing our doors!

 

Please find some helpful information regarding frequently asked questions concerning this Lockdown

 

Making/rescheduling appointments for when we reopen-

We will be contacting those first whom have missed appointments, only when we get news off the government of our return.

We can, however, reschedule all missed spa experiences and weekends for further in the year. If you wish to do this with an existing spa experience please email us at info@beaumondelucker.com (we cannot give you a guaranteed date of return)

 

Weddings-

All wedding bookings can also be rescheduled now for later in 2021 or the start of 2022. 

Please note-we will NOT be taking on any NEW 2021 wedding bookings at this time.

 

Gift voucher expiry-

for all gift vouchers purchased in 2020, you will receive an extension of expiry date for however long a lockdown has prevented you from redeeming your voucher.

For example- If purchased in March 2020 you will receive 4+ months extension.

If purchased August 2020 you will receive 1+ months extension.

 

Purchasing gift vouchers during lockdown-

You can either go to our online shop at https://www.beaumondelucker.com/temple-spa-1 to purchase an E-voucher; this is a printable voucher which you will receive straight away.

Alternatively, please email us at info@beaumondelucker.com to purchase a gift card voucher through the post. 

Please include: your name (and name of who it is for if applicable), how much the voucher is for, preferred address (Is this to go straight to the person the gift is for or yourself?), how you wish to pay for the voucher i.e. over the phone or by bacs.

We can then arrange this for you.

Please note- we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

 

Retail-

I will also be adding to our online store in the next coming weeks so please let me know if you wish to see any certain products or ranges on there for purchases during lockdown.

 

Root touch up kits-

I am prepared to offer our existing full head colour clients a root touch up kit and our blonde and highlighted clients a toning kit (we cannot offer root touch up kits for full head bleach or highlighted only clients)

Please let me know if you are interested in this by emailing Beau monde.

I am hoping to have these available most weeks although time and day each week m ay differ

These will be pre-decanted and ready to mix before applying. They MUST be applied soon after pick up!

Kits will be £30 and will be complete with all the tools you will need as well as instructions.

It will be a scheduled pick up only from Beau monde on certain days.  

You MUST have had a root application done at Beau monde in the last 3 months to be eligible for a kit.
